You need to choose five research questions about your topic that you want to have answered in the course of your research. Remember, a good research question is one that:
- Can be clearly answered.
- Forces you to elaborate (open-ended question); you can't answer it in just a few words.
- Is clearly about your topic
To help you create research questions, look your topic up in an encyclopedia, book, or Wikipedia. Immediately look at the table of contents and turn the subtopics in the table of contents into questions.
Once you have the questions, write them down, and fill out the form below.
